  Andy “AJ” Schroetlin is an internationally published photographer from the beautiful state of Colorado.  At the age of 20 he lost the sight in his left eye after an unfortunate construction accident.  This changed the way he saw the world; both literally and figuratively, and that new view is seen in his unique images.​

​  Growing up in Colorado provided AJ an opportunity to get close to nature and he’s carried that with him throughout his life. This love of the outdoors is something he brings to his portrait sessions, preferring to shoot outdoors to take advantage of the backdrops Mother Nature gave us.  He combines the beauty of nature with the human spirit in a way that few do.​​
